"Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper, and the finder of lost children.
"And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.
"And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee!"
If there ever was a prophecy from Scripture that signifies the times ahead - this is it.
People are losing homes, jobs, relationships, and losing hope - which is the worse of all to see and hear.
Under the crushing weight of Dancing With The Stars, American Idol, and the plethora of so-called reality shows trying to further dull the public's senses - what we seem to have here in America is a failure to communicate.
All that is about to come to an end with the start of the Cardinal Crisis Transits. These are global transits that really open, and then end the decade.
So expect 10 years of a ride that demands you all wear your seat belts and hope to God that your ride isn't like that of Toyota car owners.
You will want to be able to put on your brakes and be able to stop a roller-coaster ride you do not want to be a part of any longer.
Since the Panic of 2008, people around the world continue to reel from the shock of the Bank Crisis.
What I reel from is the fact that since 2008 - not one single regulation has been put back into place since the repeals of the 1990s and 2000s that allowed banks, insurance companies, mortgage companies, and nearly every Wall Street firm and trader playing Three-card Monte with trillions of dollars of the public's wealth and resources.
It's as if Glass-Steagall Act never existed - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glass%E2%80%93Steagall_Act
Simply amazing.
People will not be able to say that they were not warned.
For years, I would talk, write, and communicate to anyone who was listening that there was a rat's nest of illegal and treasonous acts going on in the markets, at the highest levels of government, and with the banks.
Few people listened. Those that did listen and who acted report that they saved their life savings. They that did not listen, and failed to act are now broke, and on life-support.
What is coming next is the second crushing wave of economic bad news in the form of the pending collapse of the commercial real estate sector.
I've been writing on this for some time, and it will begin next year in earnest - setting another collapse cycle into play that could make President Obama seem more like Herbert Hoover if he fails to take a page out of the book of FDR and gets with the program.
Since 2001, Americans have been weighted down with rampant corruption, mass murder, lies, high crimes, greed, wars, more lies, and now robbery of the national treasures.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that enough has been enough and that many Americans will be looking to get major payback.
Frankenstein was scary for most of the movie, until at the very end, when the villagers lit up their torches, pulled out their pitchforks and went looking, in mass, for his ass.
And that's just what is coming, in a big way, from the global cardinal inclinations of the 2010s.
The Cardinal Crisis
What is called the Cardinal Climax is a crisis of huge proportions that opens up a 10-year cycle of world transits that will ultimate peak up to the next Jupiter/Saturn conjunction by December 2020.
Anyone reading this should know, and prepare for a stark change in lifestyle, politics, relationships that will affect nearly everyone on the planet.
Truly an historic decade.
In studying these global transits it has been quite clear to me for many years that we are in for a very exciting, and challenging decade to say the least.
The main problem will have been the previous two decades of the 1990s & 2000s which were rife with manipulations and a false sense of security and complacency that is only now being seen, heard, and felt by the world.
How can one prepare for such expected changes? Resources appear to be limited at present; there is a generational transition underway, and the new generational establishment will need years to gather enough momentum to be of positive and effective help.
Simply put - a lot of time has been wasted.
Nonetheless, this establishment is on the way out, but, in their wake, will leave behind a disaster, that in my forecast may eclipse that of the Great Depression of the 1930s.
Why do I say this?
For the simple reason that at this time, the Boomers who constitute the majority of those in Congress, at the helms of Banks, Insurance Companies, and large corporations clearly are not playing with all 52 cards in their decks.
If they did, then we would not be in the mess that the world is right now.
Now, most of this generation is on the way out of their leadership positions, but, as they go (and they do need to go) they have taken with them (or, rather trashed) entire cities, states, communities, and institutions to the tune of what appears to be $16-$18 trillion dollars.
Simply, and unforgivably, amazing.
The fall-out from the Banking Crisis, and Panic of 2008, will extend through the 2010s without a doubt. There is no escaping that much of the damage has been done.
Yet, even now, in March 2010, many of the same forces behind the global economic meltdown have resumed their derivatives trading, and much of the same practices that started the mess.
Each subsequent Friday, right after the markets close, and people make their weekend plans, the FDIC's A-teams quietly take over and shut down failing banks in military-like precision operations:
According to Business Week - "Lenders are collapsing at the fastest pace in 17 years amid losses on residential and commercial real estate loans made at the height of the market.
U.S. “problem” banks climbed to the highest level since 1992 in the fourth quarter and FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair warned Feb. 23 that the pace of failures will “pick up” and exceed last year’s total of 140."

Uranus Square Pluto - Years of Crisis
One of my main concerns with the global transits of the 2010s is Uranus' transit in Aries and its square to Pluto in tropical Capricorn. This feature is one of the starkest reminders to any mundane astrologer of the general radical and hostile atmosphere building.
Uranus, which begins a new orbital period when it fully enters the cardinal seasonal point of Aries, in March 2011, signals a new age.
Pluto's transit in Capricorn signifies the underbelly of corrupted officials in high places, be they government or corporations, and the internal power struggles will also experience external attacks from the general public.
People want real change, and are willing to get it no matter the consequences. This forms the crux of the cardinal transits of the early to mid-2010s.
Uranus will square Pluto overall from 2012 to about the year 2020, with their most strident cardinal square energies apparent with seven (7) exact squares between 2012-2015.
The squares shows several previous years of deteriorating public confidence in outworn institutions which have broken down, and a loud public clamor for immediate change that is radical and a complete turn away from the status quo.
What has happened is that the "powers-that-be" have forgotten what Americans are like when they are really, really pissed off.
There's a reason why the rest of the world has admired the United States of America for so long.
When Americans get passionate, and really involved in things, they tend to kick everyone's ass - including asses right here in our own land of the free.
Well, there's a ton of ass-kicking to come.
In mundane astrological terms: it's right around the corner. Not far away at all.
People are already very much ticked off. Between 2010 to the middle years of this decade, global transits are packed with power.
The peak year appears to be 2014, when, in April of that year, a cardinal grand cross forms with Mars retrograde in Libra, Jupiter in Cancer, Uranus in Aries, and Pluto in Capricorn - all configured in yet another series of cardinal inclinations that is powerful.
From my estimation, the years 2012-2014 are the years of the economic crash that will have been seen to have occurred since 2008 with the years 2010, 2011, and especially 2012 significant with the year 2013 leading into a whole new series of cardinal global transits in 2014.
As much as I would prefer to be positive about this configuration, and the inclinations it will have on the world, I cannot.
I am also a realist, and know for the most part, people often wait until the very last minute to initiate significant positive change, so, by the time they should have been doing so, it is often much too late.
Such will be the same with Uranus square Pluto over the next 10 years. The strongest influences will be between 2012 to 2015 when both planets come to exact square seven (7) times in just a three-year period.
This has not happened for about 1,000 years, so, we can expect quite a series of fireworks coming out of this cardinal configuration.
The main thing seems to be the radical and revolutionary sentiments that have grown out of the economic crisis of the years 2008-2012 which have altered the lives of billions of people.
Because of the lack of proactive solutions by the previous generational establishment, most of the issues from the 1990s, and 2000s have been allowed to fester, and, as such, have been brought into the 2010s after the previous establishment has lost its clout.
Do's & Don'ts under Uranus/Pluto Squares
The period from 2012-2015 is not the best time to make change because of the cardinal inclinations towards impulse without thinking things though, and planning in advance.
But, since larger-scale forces will have initiated changes, the best thing to do is to adjust and to take the longer-view that some of the changes may be valuable in the future.
I do see dangerous situations arising within groups, and organizations, especially among people who want immediate change no matter what.
This is the influence of Uranus in Aries, and the battle lines are drawn against the old order, which is fully blamed for the troubles that have persisted into the early years of the 2010s.
Relationships, friendships, and even some family ties may become severed due to the mounting pressures from the overall economic climate, which continues to be stressed into the middle years of this new decade.
Partnerships continue to struggle after the Jupiter/Saturn opposition begins to wane in 2012. This is the year when the Uranus/Pluto squares begin in earnest.
Uranus in Aries is hostile, and there may be news of sudden, unexpected deaths that exacerbate the tensions of the times, along with corporate struggles, revelations of corruption, and reactionary responses as a result that lead to rebellions and revolts among various populations around the globe.
Now, the Uranus/Pluto squares don't get going until June 2012, so there is some time to prepare yourself for the powerful three-year period that extends to 2015 under their exact squares.
Adjusting to the trends you see now is one proactive thing to do. There has been a lot of holding people back, mainly because of the generational establishment running out of ideals and gas, and wanting to freeze time in a bottle.
So much of what is happening in 2010 has been because of this, which is wasting valuable time.
Be careful of the kinds of new groups, organizations and associations you join, or hang out with as some of these groups have ulterior motives that may not be in your best interest in the long-term, and could lead to violent encounters based on misunderstandings and ideological conflict between personalities.
Individual work is best leading up to this time; however, associations and groups that initiate change with a platform that seeks to unite people under the banner of progressive and proactive change will do better than those that simply seek turmoil, disorganization and dis-satisfaction for the sake of releasing hostility for its own purpose.
What will be most pronounced though is the truths behind all the tension, and calls for radical changes. It simply will be a fact that those who caused the mess will not be allowed to fade away without having to take full responsibility for the messes they left behind.
The public will tend towards, in the short years ahead, to have longer memories than would have been expected. For these are years of the long memory.
Those who played significant roles in causing the economic crisis, and the resulting societal collapses will not be left off the hook in the least.
Iceland just cast its vote on the international bankers. This is just the start of a global trend.

Global transits show that the outrage of the masses is coming in America as well...
"Where's the Beef mister?
"What?"
"Where's the $18 trillion stolen from the people?"
"What?"
As Jules once said in Pulp Fiction: "Say 'what' again!"

Thanks for referencing my "borrower of the last resort"! And while I hesitate with regards to your theoretical framework your conclusions as to changes in group behaviour are observable and inevitable whatever the greater cause.
Thanks, as for my framework, it is far from "theoretical" as Mundane Astrology has been in practice for many centuries, and is not a "theory" in the least.
