Forecast: Facing The Cardinal Crisis Years: 2010 - 2014

It's been said that wisdom lies not in seeing things, but in seeing through things." - Manly P. Hall

Wise words from a man who studied and wrote extensively on the global philosophies of metaphysics, wisdom, and spiritual mysteries and truths.

Today, in a world that has been fed a constant fodder of entertainment as living thought, global transits are inclining towards forcing a new evolution of spiritual thought and physical action as we enter the second decade of the early 21st century.

Times are approaching that call on all of us to raise up our game, and to make real the personal transitions that have been delayed.

Over the next four years, I am forecasting that a radical new era will have emerged that will have changed the lives of billions of people on the planet. As generations age, times are changing in accordance of the cycles of the stars and planets. So, get used to it.

There will be challenges, crisis, exciting new changes, new discoveries of ancient concepts. There will be turmoil, and apprehension. There will be radicalism versus conservatism; new movements will rise, and old movements will fall. Populations will clamor for change, and governments will collapse with new governments rising.

Careers will end, and new careers will begin. Outworn concepts and methods will be shelved, and new concepts, born out of old forms, will rise. Relationships will end, and new relationships will soon take their place. Doors will close, and new doors will open.

These things, and much, much more, will feature a decade that opens a new era of the 2010s and 2020s.

So, in the spirit of seeing through things, I will offer here some quotes and insights from Manly P. Hall that may help the reader make their way through the first four (4) years of the 2010s; for these are the years of the Cardinal Crisis transits the world will experience.

On 2012 - "As power is given to man commensurate to his wisdom and understanding, it is not safe at the present time to reveal to the world at large the methods whereby entrance to the invisible world is possible.

"If this knowledge were given to selfish people unprepared for their responsibility, they would be able to destroy the universe, either through perversion or ignorance.

"In order to protect this sacred wisdom obstacles have been placed in the way of its attainment which only the sincere and courageous would be strong enough to overcome.

"Years of service, self-purification and self-mastery must be passed through before any candidate will be admitted to the path of wisdom."

This is a big one with me. As a professional astrologer, I have read and heard many talk about the end of the world using mundane astrology has proof that in December 2012, the world will come to its end.

Poppycock, I say.

Simply put: December 21, 2012 is not "the end of the world."

I expect that in the year 2011 many people who are caught up in the pop-culture Mayan Calendar movement will no doubt continue to inflame people's senses with all manner of pseudo-metaphysical predictions with very bad astrology used to cause people to become upset.

There are many people who have chosen to "work" in the area of metaphysics, but who clearly have not put in the hard work and years of service it takes to come to some truths about prophecy and the future of the planet; but who, for lack of a better word, have faked their knowledge to then make outlandish "predictions" based on their own ignorance.

Such is the case with the year 2012.

As we near that year, it is essential not to buy into the popular conception that the world will end in 2012.

The year 2012 is a significant year - especially the spring & summer months, but not for the reasons put forth by popular culture. The first half of 2012 is quite busy as many people seek progress in their lives after the large-scale economic crisis events of 2008-2012.

I have a good mundane view when our present world will see its last days, so to speak, astrologically, and prophetically. However, there will come a time when I feel it is okay to begin writing more on this subject. That time is approaching, but 2012 is not the "end of the world."

I will have more on 2012 in later forecasts. However, in the meantime...

The general thing to remember about the 2010-2014 is not to take everything at face value. Be careful with your impulses, and be very careful with others who are impulsive.

The next four years contact powerful cardinal transits that will incline some people towards the extremes of thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Many people who never thought they will feel poverty, or loss are now beginning to experience their first tastes of it. People who never experienced personal betrayal are experiencing it. Those who have lost jobs, homes, relationships and friendships are now experiencing this.

These, and other kinds of losses tax the human emotion to the core. Some who cannot handle such extreme changes react radically, sometimes violently, but always poorly.

So, it is important to remember that with change comes opportunity, but that first, one has to get real.

Have your head no further from the heavens than your own feet are from the ground with five mundane rules to follow -

Rule #1 -
Know Thyself, Trust Yourself & Know Thy Transits

If you can feel and see that the world is now about to experience historic change, then half the work you have to do is already done.

Know who you are, and trust your instincts. Avoid patching your own views from the mere opinions of others, or for the sake of not doing anymore than surface-feeding on the state of the world.

Do more than that. Allow your studies, and your thoughts to marinate, as it were, and find those truths that form a constant thread of truth. Discard that which does not follow the thread of truth and follow your own bliss.

Think for yourself by following the path of wisdom as expressed by those of the past who have passed on their knowledge for the sake of world service to humanity.

It is important to know your own astrological transits. By knowing your natal, and secondary progressions, as well as the contacts and aspects global transits will make on you, then you will have an excellent map from which to then navigate your life through this new decade.

The Cardinal Crisis transits will be in effect from 2010 to 2014. Those with astrological positions in the latter degrees of Gemini, Virgo, and Sagittarius, and those with placements in the early degrees of Aries, Libra, and Capricorn will certainly feel the cardinal inclinations of the transpersonal planets.

The effects show challenges through crisis. How you respond to the changes largely depends on your ability to not simply to react, but to be proactive, and know your strengths, weaknesses, limitations, as well as your core beliefs.

Perspective and point of view will determine the roads you take; therefore, test out these roads by being willing to take the risks that you usually would not take because of prior assumptions. Use 2010 to formulate your goals and objectives for the next 10 years.

Rule #2 - "An intellectual fact is not necessarily a truth
."

In the age of the Internet, the iPod, cellphone, and 24-hour cable news, people have been swamped with immediate events with barely enough time to allow taking information in deeply enough to be able to discern "facts" from truths.

The intrusion of the immediacy of technology and surface content has connected and disconnected people more than ever before in human history.

Texting, chatting, and Twitter has shortened the ability of people to really connect on a deeper human level. To be able to absorb information where context is felt and understood rather than surface-fed, consumed, and instantly reacted upon for the sake of simply reacting.

We've been living in a reactionary age, where spin trumped over depth of thoughts and emotions, where the reactionary is heralded as some kind of prophet, shouting out names and slapping instant labels on people and events in an absolutism that is downright disgusting.

Some have forgotten basic social manners (or never learned) how to hold a decent conversation face to face without ideology interfering with the ability to absorb the mental and spiritual connections that is important to human understanding and societal peace.

The rampant intellectualism borne out of reactionary attitudes and assumptions does not bode well in the 2010s for those who are not fully rounded as human beings.

In order to discover "truth," it is best to listen first for those who would talk more. Those who have spent the last decade or so listening, should do more of the talking.

Rule #3 - "Few realize that man is responsible for the things he has not done. That is part of the [spiritual] law. It is just as wrong not to do the right things as it is to do the wrong things."

One of the saddest things to observe about the last 18 years is just how "politically correct" most of society has become.

Opinion became the mantra of the times without noticing that everyone has an opinion, just like as everyone has a nose. But, this does not mean that we all enjoy the same scents.

Tips -
  • Causing problems with Environmental Noise: People need to have their quiet time, so, if you drive a loud motorcycle, or talk too loudly walking down the street, realize that not everyone is on the same page, and that people need their silence. If you want to make noise outside of your own privacy, then do so in private without impacting others. Show respect, and respect will be shown to you.
  • Relationships: The next decade, but especially the next seven years (2010-2017) is not the best time to carry on projecting one's own personal baggage within a personal relationship with others. This includes friendships as well. Saturn's transit through Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius in the 2010s does not bode well for the immature who want to have a personal relationship. This is the time for grown men and women who behave like gentlemen and ladies. If you are not one of these kinds of people then expect to remain single and friendless for most of this new decade.
  • Groups & Organizations: This is another problem area. Many people, because of the economic crisis, will have changed their political affiliations that represent more of how they feel about the changing times. There will be a uptick in the rise of radical groups. Some will seek proactive solutions. Others will be negative, and focus on causing disruption for the sake of it alone (Uranus) while others seek progressive goals (Jupiter) to achieve wider positive outcomes. Be careful whom you associate with during the 2010s and do not take any group at face value alone. Like the saying goes, "if the shoe doesn't fit, then don't take a walk in them."
Not doing the right thing is something most people cannot relate to. In the era of political correctness, the pressure was ideological: to spin anything to meet one's own personal, or group sensibilities.

Yet, how many times has a person ignored getting involved when they see a wrong done?

How many times has one intruded in on situations that require you to leave things alone because you've deemed it "safe" enough to project your own ideology onto another person who speaks out against a wrong?

There are plenty of people like this, and my advice is this - stop it, because with Uranus in Aries, what you used to do will certainly backfire and what you hardly face will confront you more often than not. Foretold is forewarned.

For an example of Rule #2, see - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFO1b9I-u5Q

Rule #4 - "For lack of inter-religious understanding there has been very little religious understanding."

Since Pluto's entry into Sagittarius in 1995, the world has been riveted by religious intolerance and ignorance. Now that Pluto has entered Capricorn where it will remain until the mid-2020s, the focus is on government, leadership, and the ability to command respect in order for society to have a chance to escape the stupidity of religious ideological conflict.

Since 1995, the world has seen religious ideology expressed in negative ways to include intolerance of religions that some have never even read about, nor studied, but who attempt to cast a bad light on those who are of a different perspective.

Conflicts between Muslims and Christians and the hate expressed against Judaism and Catholicism and the battles between Buddhists and secularists as well as the forces of Humanism and Atheism all have one thing in common - a total lack of understanding and wisdom of the spiritual world expressed through human beings.

For we are told in prophecy - "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against Principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." - Ephesians 6:12.

The 2010s is not a decade to continue reactionary religious responses to the cultural and spiritual beliefs of others, but rather, to tolerate the perspectives of others in order to come to understanding.

Avoid those who, for the sake of ideology, prefer to cast negative images on the religions of the world. For it is those very people who devoid of religious understanding and can offer nothing else but the expression of their own ignorance.

Rule #5 - The Four (4) Classes of Humanity

According to the metaphysical knowledge of Manly Hall, all human beings are divided into four (4) general classes:

"The lowest of these divisions is the physical nature, and those who dwell therein are of the earth, earthy; they live only for the gratification of their physical natures. Their idea of heaven is a place where there is food, feasting, and little or no work. Their minds are only partly active.

Their bodies resemble prisons more than dwelling places...they live to labor, plodding along to a mediocre destiny. Give them opulence and they cannot retain it. Give them luxuries, and they do not appreciate them. They are the dark earthy ones who must ever bow before intelligence.

They do not love God, for they cannot know Him.

The second division is made up of the artisans and those who labor both with mind and hand. They buy, sell, and exchange. Having a mind, they control the mindless. Not having the mental organism with which to reason, they fill the places of worship where thinking is done for them.

They are the ones who allow their clergy to decide all spiritual problems for them, feeling themselves incapable of assuming the onus of heavy thinking; their credulity is utilized as a commercial asset by certain types of minds who consider it legitimate to capitalize on the ignorance of others.

The third class is made up of the scientists ... they attack the boundary lines of the known. Those who wage this war in the cause of science are mostly concrete thinkers who follow as far as their instruments will lead them and then must wait for instruments still more powerful.

Most of these minds are atheistic or at least agnostic...The miracles of theology are incapable of chemical analysis and are consequently taken cum grano salis by the scientific world.

The fourth and highest group embraces philosophers, musicians, and artists, all living in an abstract mental world surrounded by dreams and visions wholly unrecognizable by the other types.

They have reached beyond the world of academic education to the world of creative idealism, which is at present the highest function of the human mind.

This world is the dwelling place of genius, of invention, and of the things which lower mentalities can only accept but never analyze.

Religiously, these minds are deistic. Most of them are monotheists - believers in one God. Many of them are mystics or occultists."

March 2010 - March 2011: Transition Year

The new Astrological year which begins this month opens up a special solar year for the world according to my reading and interpretation of global transits. For the most part, 2010 is a year of transitions for most people on the planet.

The transits of the planets incline during 2010 to bring a final close to the 20th century. This is most clearly revealed by the transit of Uranus in Pisces as the planet makes ingress into tropical Aries by March 2011, ending an era that began in 1927-28.

The T-Square which comprise the Cardinal Crisis transits, involving Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto during 2010 begins a cycle of exciting, and challenging years through to the mid-2010s.

As most doors will have closed, new doors to this new decade will have opened, and will reflect both favorable and unfavorable consequences for many people in the 2010s.

One one hand, you will see the favorable. Those people who have adapted well to the global economic crisis will have made adjustments accordingly and will have changed their lives to reflect the changing times. This is easier for those under the age of 35 to accomplish, but much more difficult for those over the age of 60 to do.

Those who are older must accept that the passage of time is the development of the soul, of the spirit, and must not be afraid of physical death, but to see it as the return to that which has always been. For the human spirit cannot be destroyed, for it was brought into existence before all things except that of God Almighty.

The unfavorable consequences will be the continued disintegration of tens of millions of lives because many were not ready for the financial collapses that struck in 2007-2009. The lingering effects of the losses of money, businesses, investments, houses, and relationships will have started to take their toll during the decade of the 2010s.

This one solar year, from March 2010 to March 2011, provides many people with the opportunity to make essential shifts, adjustments, and significant changes in their lives. It all begins when the Sun enters Aries on March 20, 2010 - the start of the true New Year.

Use this year to make your moves, and position yourself in advance for the new decade. Stay informed, calm, and be of good cheer. Help yourself, by also helping one another. Be tolerant, and expectant of change by crafting your own future, your own destiny to meet your growing wisdom day by day.

Most of all - stay aware of global transits and remain awake.

Manly Hall says -

"When confronted with a problem involving the use of the reasoning faculties, individuals of strong intellect keep their poise, and seek to reach a solution by obtaining facts bearing upon the question. Those of immature mentality, on the other hand, when similarly confronted, are overwhelmed.

While the former may be qualified to solve the riddle of their own destiny, the latter must be led like a flock of sheep and taught in simple language.

They depend almost entirely upon the ministrations of the shepherd.

The Apostle Paul said that these little ones must be fed with milk, but that meat is the food of strong men. Thoughtlessness is almost synonymous with childishness, while thoughtfulness is symbolic of maturity.

The Great Recession & Cardinal Crisis Transits

There's a chilling silence in the air as the month of March opens, and, a sense of denial.

As the Obama Administration struggles to keep the American economy afloat, some economists, and writers say that we averted another Depression after the Banking Crisis of 2008.

I say that this is partially true. Yes, the Panic of 2008 was staved off a bit. There could have been 40 million people out of work in the United States rather than the 16 million figure that is touted about now.

"While the economy still faces challenges as it recovers from the worst recession since the Great Depression, significant and sometimes overlooked progress has been made in the past twelve month," says New York Democratic Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney.

"Make no mistake, the U.S. economy isn't yet adding jobs and current unemployment levels are unacceptable," Maloney points out. "But as President Obama has said: to get out of a hole, the first thing you have to do is to stop digging. Our country has stopped digging.

We have come a long way since last January, when the economy lost 779,000 jobs in that month alone and recorded an average monthly job loss of 753,000 in the first three months of 2009. In the most recent three months of the Obama administration, the average monthly job loss was 35,000.

In addition to the moderation in job loss, the housing market has begun to stabilize, credit markets have opened up, and GDP growth has returned. During the final three months of 2009, the economy grew at a healthy rate of 5.7 percent.

The Recovery Act, which Congress passed in February 2009, has saved or created two million jobs and helped return the economy to growth in the second half of 2009. That legislation also softened the blow of the recession for millions of Americans through extension of unemployment insurance and support for health insurance premiums for laid-off workers."

Still, I continue to worry. Mundane astrologers do that from time to time because they have a clear view of transits just ahead and tend not to believe the pundits. And, so, I am concerned about the longer-term impacts.

Before I continue along these lines of concern, I would like to get to some proactive ways that anyone reading this can make things happen for themselves, their families, employees, associates and friends in the years ahead.

Pre-act Rather Than React

During this year's Cardinal Crisis transits of July & August, I strongly advise anyone to take the summer to get down to homework rather than to follow the crowd.

It will be a contentious time from July to about September, more or less, due to the strong transits of the Cardinal Crisis inclinations.

The months of April-June, leading up to the cardinal transits of July-September is also challenging for the tens of millions of people who have suffered because of the Bank Crisis and economic impact in their lives. It was unexpected by most, and many people are just now over the shock.

This year, 2010, is a time to continue to be patient, but to also be foresighted. Understand that what is happening is not your fault, so be tolerant of others who are also struggling, but do not ever forget how it all came about.

Your consciousness is a great asset this year in handling the strong cardinal transits of 2010.

During this time, do these general proactive things -

  • Plan For the New Decade
  • Focus on Job & Career Options
  • Develop Soft Skill Sets
  • Increase Adaptability & Flexibility
  • Be Positive & Selective Of Friends & Networks
  • Be Persistent w/ Goals & Objectives
  • Seek Opportunities That Arise
  • Create Your Own Opportunities
  • Look Out for Opportunities For Others

For years I have maintained there have been great levels of corruption and unbounded greed in global capital markets.

This is mainly a result of the repeals of economic regulatory laws that have been on the books of the United States since the 1930s.

Mundane astrology is wholly concerned with advanced astrology and forecasting global events, trends, and outcomes.

There were few people who saw it coming. For years, I had warned of the great crisis ahead, but few listened as it was during the height of the housing boom, and many people just could not tear themselves away from no-interest loans, flat-screen televisions, Hummers, and expensive vacations.

Back in November 2008, Paul B. Farrell said, "We reported on warnings of another crash coming as early as 2004, wrote a sequel, also titled Next crash? Sorry, you won't see it coming. Yes, we were early, but in good company. We wrote many more warning columns. Few listened.

"Subsequent events, notably former Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan's admission of his failures in congressional testimony, prove that if he and other Reaganomic ideologues weren't so myopic and intransigent about proving their free-market deregulation theories, they could have acted earlier and prevented today's colossal mess.

Instead, their ideology kept the bubble blowing, delayed the pop, making matters worse.

So once again, as history proves over and over, ideology trumps common sense, reality and the facts. Greed drives ideologues to blow bubbles. They pop. Crashes happen. The public is collateral damage"

Those who practice in this complex arena of astrology have known for may years that the new millennium would be a very challenging time due to the movement of celestial bodies.

My own forecasts for the 21st century depict an era of significant change across the spectrum of human history. There are several reasons for this.

One is that we are currently in the Cycle of the Sun (1980-2016) where the Sun has been the "Lord" over world history, according to the Cycle of the Prophets, a judicial astrological term that shows which celestial body has rulership over a 36-year age.

The next era to come will be the Cycle of Saturn (2016-2052) showing that the great malefic planet Saturn will rule as Lord over the coming 36-year period of global history. This is in accordance with the works of the mundane astrologer Michel Nostradamus.

The Cycle of the Moon (1944-1980) featured a recovery period from the disasters of two world wars and a worldwide economic depression. This cycle featured variable changes in humanity's response to the prior cycle with the advent of the Cold War, The Korean War, the end of Colonialism, The Space Era, The Vietnam War, and Cultural Revolution.

The Cycle of Mars (1908-1944) featured the lesser malefic playing a significant role in the First World War, The Russian Revolution, The Great Depression, Climate disasters of record heat and drought, and the advent of the Second World War and the Holocaust.

We are now in the 30th year of the Cycle of The Sun. This signifies a complete turn of Saturn's revolution from the year 1980, when transiting Saturn translated from Virgo to Libra and towards its conjunction with Jupiter at 9-Libra on December 31, 1980.

The Cycle of the Sun (1980-2016) represented a unique era in the history of the world to create a new vision that provided the world an opportunity to potentially liberate itself from the chains of the bloody past of the 20th century, and to form a common good from the lessons learned into a new century.

We are now 30 years into this cycle with six (6) years left to the Cycle of Saturn.

In the year 2010, global transits show that the next T-square configuration of the planets Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto during the months of July and August 2010 reflect a crossroads has been reached.

This is a time of severe financial crisis that reflects the previous last T-square between Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto during the early years (1930-33) of the Great Depression.

The new ingresses of the outer planets reflect that a crossroads has been reached, that opens up a new era within a new century -

  • Pluto in tropical Capricorn
  • Saturn in tropical Libra
  • Jupiter in tropical Aries
  • Uranus in tropical Aries
This formation is the basis of what has been called the Cardinal Climax, or Cardinal Crisis transits, which forms in the summer of 2010 in the northern hemisphere.

When the transpersonal planets reach sensitive seasonal points, this is a sign that great global change is on the horizon and mundane astrologers take note of the positions, and configurations involved.

The position of Saturn's turn towards the western constellation of Libra, with Pluto's turn towards the southern constellation of Capricorn, and Uranus' turn towards the eastern constellation of Aries signals that a global crossroads has been reached.

Events on the earth will correlate to the crossroad, and celestial inclinations affect global consciousness that signals a great change in world history is about to take place.

For more on the Cardinal Climax, see - http://globalastrologyblog .blogspot. com/2010/ 02/cardinal- climax-of- 2010-warnings. html

This change has been, like in the past, sparked by economic manipulation of global markets and banks with the flow of trillions altered, and resources stolen by hidden groups and players. This is signified by the transit of Uranus in Pisces, in the 12th Mundane House of Secret Societies, and Groups.

A similar era took place in the decade of the 1920s, as Uranus transited Pisces, when hidden groups manipulated world capital markets, while in Germany, secret mystical societies planned to retaliate against those they believed lost their nation the First World War.

The demise of the Wiemar Republic in Germany took place behind closed doors, and featured a series of personalities conspiring to take over the country that eventually helped to spark the Second World War.

Uranus' transit into Aries in 1927, signified a new 84-year era that will close in the year 2011, and open another era.

Aries, known as a 'barren' and militaristic sign in mundane astrology, saw the rearming of several nations that joined together to begin a global war that followed the Great Depression into the late 1930s through to the mid-1940s.

What is generally missed by some who fail to use Uranus' transit is the fact that Uranus is the only planet in our solar system that transits on a plane the Earth also transits.

Uranus orbits the Sun, and varies from 2.74 x 109 km (1.70 x 109 mi) to 3.00 x 109 km (1.86 x 109 mi) in its distance so that Uranus traces out a region of space that is very close to Earth's own orbital plane.

For this reason, its inclinations on Earth can be quite stark, as is Uranus' reputation for 'sudden' and 'shocking' influences when crossing angles relative to sensitive positions of Earth's own orbital plane.

When Uranus begins a new orbital period when it reaches, and passes over the 0-Aries point, we can expect a new era to begin on the Earth. It does so twice, in June 2010, and then again, on March 11, 2011, when Uranus re-enters tropical Aries for good. This date in 2011 is the start of a new global era for the world.

The Next Great Depression?

My forecast for another economic depression was based several positions of the transpersonal planets that relate to a celestial crossroads. We have nearly reached that time at this time of writing.

I consider the years 2010 to 2015 a time of economic and social crisis related specifically to the Next Great Depression. See - http://globalastrologyblog .blogspot. com/2010/ 01/cardinal- climax-years- of-crisis- 2010.html

The Bank Crisis of 2008 was a result of a gigantic bubble economy based mainly on the worldwide speculation of debt. stocks, currency, and real estate with insurance provided to cover trillions in a complex web of debt-based derivatives placed as bets by international hedge fund players and financial speculators.

It was a giant ponzi scheme that will have devastating consequences for many nations in the years ahead.

The repeal of financial regulatory laws in the year 1999 by the U.S. Congress, and signed by then-President Bill Clinton, led to immense amounts of money used to fuel debt markets to create unregulated bubbles not seen since the era of the 1920s.

Most of this bubble was created in residential and commercial real estate.

Huge amounts of "free" credit with deceiving "teaser" interest rates were provided and enticed as many people as possible to take part.

Nearly everyone, from single people, to married couples, to small, and medium-sized business owners, to large companies and corporations participated in what amounted to a massive ponzi pyramid based on long-range economic "forecasts" that were based on nothing but wishful thinking and lies.

Under the influence of a Saturn/Neptune opposition, this pyramid quietly began to come apart at the seams in the year 2006-2007. This was then followed by signs of an emerging credit crisis in August/September 2007 as Saturn made ingress into tropical Virgo.

By the summer of 2008, transiting Pluto, in the last degrees of Sagittarius, stationed direct September 9th, a day after Jupiter turned direct in Capricorn while also in trine aspect to Saturn in Virgo. At this time, the shrinking access to capital markets led to the unleashing of the banking crisis.

Hedge funds called in their bets - leading to the demise of investment houses Bear Sterns, Lehman Brothers, and the American insurance giant AIG - and the bubble burst as the U.S. government raced to bail out the giant banks in the midst of a presidential election season.

The resulting collapse of the residential and commercial real estate markets in the U.S., UK, and much of the European Union will also spread to China, a country that experienced great growth after being admitted to the World Trade Organization in September 2001.

This economic collapse is really a Bank Crisis, the same as that of the Great Depression of the 1930s.

The failure of policymakers to regulate banks, investment houses, and giant insurance companies from combining their speculation has resulted in the greatest loss of household wealth - $16 trillion alone in the United States - than has ever been seen in the history of the world.

The consequences have led to tens of millions of people jobless, with unemployment reaching historic levels not seen since the last T-square configuration of Saturn/Uranus/ Pluto in the early 1930s.

This crushing collapse of entire industries that are dying is because of the lack of credit and funding to keep their operations going.

Any economic recovery is lost until the forces that started the economic crisis are removed, and the resources stolen are taken back and fully re-injected into nations, and their communities.

What's Next?

From my long-range mundane perspective, what is next is a series of continued crisis facing nations around the world.

As companies, and banks required 'bailouts,' so now are entire nations and states are going bankrupt, as sovereign debt levels have sky-rocketed because of the corrupting acts and influences of investment houses, their financial agents, lobbyists, and politicians.

The loss of trillions in resources, along with the stagnation of world trade because of frozen credit lines, combined with the losses of tens of millions of jobs, clearly reveals that another Great Depression is on tap for the world in the decade of the 2010s.

Celestial transits confirm this. The resulting rebellions, revolts, and revolutions I forecast to take place in the 2010s is a direct result of the ponzi pyramid that emerged as the Bank Crisis and Panic of 2008.

The resulting austerity measures nations employ to combat huge levels of debt owned to international bankers will fully exacerbate the seething anger of entire populations, which, under a coming Uranus/Pluto squares of the 2010s, will lead to increasingly violent clashes and geopolitical tensions between nations. This happened in the 1930s after the economic excesses of the 1920s.

According to my calculations, the month of August & September 2010 is significant, as well as the months of March and April 2011 for the second, and third rounds of the Next Great Depression.

My astrological estimation sees the year 2010 as a combination of the year 1927/1931 with 2011 as 1928/1932 and 2012 as 1929/1933 due to the synotic cycles of the planets of Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Uranus in their respective positions relative to mundane time and space.

What we have here is a new economic reality mixed with the errors of the past and a failure to prepare for the future.

This is world history. Many have clearly ignored important lessons of the past, and therefore are destined to suffer as a consequence.

This has already occurred, and there is no stopping what has already begun.

However, as a realist with a mystical foundation, I am also an optimist, and there are ways to navigate the next several years successfully.

I will have many more ideas and strategies coming this month...

Cardinal Crisis - What to Do: July & August 2010

The Cardinal Crisis T-square transits of 2010-2015 more or less will force their inclinations of change on the consciousness many millions of people.

This five (5) year period is rife with significant challenges and changes according to global transits. But, they also provide exciting, fresh, and excellent opportunities as well.

The transits of Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto are aligned in oppositions and squares during July & August 2010.

There will be action, and much of it will be negative. People will act out, and some people will be nervous, frustrated, and impulsive. Others will be confused, and disoriented. The energies are strong, the atmosphere is charged. The month of August 2010 is particularly intense.

You may be one of those people who can feel it. So, calm down. Think about it: You already knew about this for some time beforehand.

Foreknowledge gives you the advantage, and, because of this you can help yourself, and others at that time with some simple ideas, and plans already laid out that make this coming summer a cinch. It's all good.

Now, this summer in the northern hemisphere is going to be a bit dicey. I've written about this before. People will be hard pressed this summer because of the cardinal inclinations, and, this will continue into the early to middle years of this new decade.

Expect this. You cannot control the feelings, and actions of other people, nor of larger-scale forces to the extent of having things quiet down everywhere.

However, you can control how the cardinal inclinations affect you, and your family. So, start there, exactly where you are and make some preparations.

Not out of fear, nor of dread, but simple, logical and common sense preps for this coming July, August and September.

And, while you are at it, go further and plan out the remainder of 2010, right through to next year. cultivate a spirit of foresight, calm, and maturity.

Do not buy into the rampant impulsive and headstrong energies of this coming summer. Rather, take a load off and chill out.

Expect to hear of lots of action this summer though. The transits of July and August are unfavorable. It is that simple. People will be stressed, tense, pushy, impulsive, and in some cases, violent. Steer clear of all this, and you will do just fine.

So, there's going to be some scary world news from various places, but the world is not coming to an end. People are simply inclined to the powerful cardinal energies and if they are reactionary to begin with then expect reactionary behaviors.

There are things you can do.

With every great series of changes, and problems there is also a series of solutions and opportunities. The cardinal transits of this summer is just the start of what is going to be a very active time in the world over the next 20 years overall, and especially the next five (5) years from 2010.

First, give yourself a pat on the back. You've come this far. It has not been easy, and you may be tired, angry, ticked off at the world, and frustrated at all the barriers, blockages and delays in your life.

Now, this is natural, so give yourself a pat on the back. You're human.

The next thing is this - look around.

What are your options?

What are your problems?

But, rather than just to get stuck here, do this -

Objectify the issues, or the problems you identify and project these a small distance from yourself.

Create a sort of bubble, like the ones you see in those cartoon frames where the character's voices are written, and within this bubble, that is about five, or six-feet from you in the air; insert those problems in that circular bubble which you seek solutions for.

Then wait and observe to see some of the answers flow out. Write down what comes. Don't force anything. Just be at ease, and the answers will come. Those who need detailed dates and times astrologically to gain more from this exercise through their own personal transits can contact me and I will see what I can do for you.

This is a good way to give yourself some space from the problems that hound you, and it offers you the ability to get some objective distance to allow the solutions to flow in naturally.

Try it, and you will find that you are able to make progress while also seeing what really are problems to solve, and what are not.

During the month of March, that is, this month, make some preparations to stick closer to home this summer. Cancel all summer outings that are away from home, and expect this summer to be unusual because of the Cardinal Crisis transits.

Travel is unfavorable, and so are physical activities under the transits of July and August 2010. You already know about this.

Take the time to create an environment at home that is calm, safe, and refrain from being around crowds during the summer. Now, this is going to be hard for many people who had a rough winter.

Naturally, people will want to be out and about, but remember, this is not your usual summer.

So, use the months before July and August to make your own fun at home, and look forward to the summer of 2011, which is calmer than the summer of 2010. That way, you've got something to look forward to since it will be only a year.

Use summer 2010 to do some planning at home. Sleep a lot, rest, recharge your batteries, and envision those things you will want to do in the fall season and coming winter. Next winter will be late in coming (not till February 2011) so it will not be like this most recent winter.

Plan out your year for 2011, and enjoy what it is that you are doing. Meanwhile, keep an eye on the world events of the cardinal crisis transits of July and August and you will see how many people react to the inclinations.

You will be glad that you took the time to plan out things in advance, and stayed home relaxing.

Give yourself another pat on the back.

The Cardinal Climax of 2010: Forecasts, Warnings & Tactics

Years ago, back when I forecasted about the coming global crisis I used to get messages from people who said I was making my forecasts up; that the economy was humming along just fine; that I was a "gloom and doomer," and that astrological forecasting was a "pseudo-science" and "nothing but bunk."

People asked why I forecasted such things. It was never going to happen they said. A global economic crisis?

My answer was, and still is, hey pal, I just work here.

I read astrological transits and report exactly what I see. I never make anything up. I try to keep a little of what I know to myself because if I really laid out to people what I saw of the future most people would totally freak out.

My forecasts are never my opinion. Just heed the forecasts, and get real because transits arrive on time - all the time.

That's the way it is for mundane astrologers. The things we know as opposed to the lies told in the media, and the spins turned over constantly by policymakers, speculators and media pundits to gain a point or two in the polls or to turn a fast trade into ill-gotten gains, or to use opinion as a forecast when it is nothing of the sort.

Global transits care nothing about "polls," nor do they care about trades, or one's personal dispositions, ideologies and opinions.

The Sun, the Moon, planets and stars are about the only honest bodies around these days, and when they incline - they do so without opinion, without ideology, and yes, they are always on time.

I knew this over 20 years ago when I saw these times coming. It's been a long time because few people believed me when I told them that the world was going to become a very strange place right after the turn of the century and that corruption, greed, and ideology would been seen as superior to honesty, truth and justice.

Astrologers and those knowledgeable of planetary transits have become more aware of what is called the Cardinal Climax, or Cardinal Cross transits of 2010.

The T-square involving Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Pluto has also been called the Grand Cross.

While some continue to argue about the labels used for the T-square alignment of July and August 2010, what is most important are the inclinations.

I call this T-square alignment the Cardinal Climax, because it is a climax of the previous events and very bad decisions made over the decades of the 1980s, 1990s and the 2000s. This is now coming home to roost for the entire planet.

These cardinal inclinations work both ways - it closes the door on the events of the last 30 years, while also opening up the cardinal inclinations of a new decade.

But make no mistake about it, the cardinal transits of July & August 2010 is a climax of the past three decades, and this same crisis will continue into the new decade of the 2010s. It is the effect of the root causes of past corruption and greed on massive levels affecting whole nations.

For no matter what terms are used to describe the configuration: what is certain is that it leads into a powerful decade of significant challenges for the world at large.

I believe in good people. I think people ought to have a fighting chance, and opportunities to better their own lives, and the lives of their loved ones, friends, associates and colleagues. I believe in freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

So, when I see good people and their families getting the short end of the stick I get angry. When I see people playing head games in very serious times - I get pissed off.

The New York Times has a new series on the economic crisis and the challenges Americans face called, The New Poor -

Millions of Unemployed Face Years Without Jobs

"Even as the American economy shows tentative signs of a rebound, the human toll of the recession continues to mount, with millions of Americans remaining out of work, out of savings and nearing the end of their unemployment benefits.

Economists fear that the nascent recovery will leave more people behind than in past recessions, failing to create jobs in sufficient numbers to absorb the record-setting ranks of the long-term unemployed.

Call them the new poor: people long accustomed to the comforts of middle-class life who are now relying on public assistance for the first time in their lives — potentially for years to come."

For more, see - http://www.nytimes.com/2010/02/21/business/economy/21unemployed.html?pagewanted=1&hp

In this post, I will offer some ways to help to soften the blows of the present crisis, as well as alternatives to counter the Cardinal Climax transits, and the transits of the 2010s.

One of the most important things to remember about the changing times is that nothing will be the same for many people heading into this new decade. Those people who accept this, and work to create their own futures will do better than those who do not.

Why Astrological Forecasts Are Important

As a mundane astrologer, I am aware that some astrologers would prefer not to talk about the Cardinal Crisis transits in ways they believe may alarm the public. My view is that before the advent of the Banking Crisis of 2008, astrological warnings were issued publicly before the current economic crisis ensued.

Few astrologers made these forecasts but were critical of those who made them. The majority of astrologers did not because they obviously did not believe in the predictive nature of astrology.

This has always been one of my criticisms of astrology as it has been practiced generally since the 1980s. That many were far too involved in individualized psychological astrology for 30 years, rather than in forecasting. The danger of this is that one looks only at the present, but is not interested enough to focus on the future.

Few listened or heeded the long-range forecasts. Some practicing astrologers ignored the warnings themselves, preferring to keep a glaze of false positivism over their own eyes rather than to forecast honestly and directly without fear.

Some astrologers are afraid of coming off sounding "apocalyptic" as if forecasting such big global shifts mean that the world is going to end. We see this in the popular culture myths and misunderstandings of the Mayan Calendar, the year 2012, or the works of the mundane astrologer Nostradamus, for instance.

Others denounced the warnings as doom and gloom, thereby rejecting mundane astrology rather than embracing it. It was surprising to me, after the events of 1999-2001 that even after the events of those years, some astrologers continued to avoid mundane astrology.

Those who tried to forecast in this area had little experience and knowledge and so failed to see the economic crisis coming that has now gripped the entire planet.

Because of all this most people were not ready in the slightest for what was to come. Now that time is here and the public is feeling it big time. These are life-changing transits.

One of the advantages I have is that as a journalist I have witnessed large-scale disasters personally covering such events, and know that these things do happen and are not fiction.

Even in the age of 24-hour news and television coverage it is shocking how many people continue to objectify global events because they are personally unable to come to terms with the reality of the world as it is and with history itself.

Some astrologers have problems facing large-scale real world events dealt with specifically in mundane astrology, as they impact large groups of people and populations. I find this surprising in light of our post September 11th world.

Forecasts are always made in advance so people have time to prepare, to adjust, and to have the space to neutralize transits by use of their free will. This is the ultimate goal of astrology.

It is not to entertain, nor to take lightly, or to reject because forecasts do not meet one's personal dispositions, ideologies, or personal beliefs.

Forecasts; especially those of the mundane kind, are made to help, so people can have as much time as possible to adjust, to prepare, and to shift their goals and objectives so the effects of prior bad choices, corruption, greed, and unpreparedness made by others, and inclined by large-scale planetary inclinations - can be effectively neutralized.

This is not easy to accomplish when the crowd is saying and doing one thing while you are saying and doing another. But that is the very nature of mundane forecasts.

Mundane astrology is not for the weak of mind, nor is it for those who do not want to face reality but who would rather have simplistic views of global transits so that their comfortable lives and predispositions are not therefore disturbed.

The Banking and real estate crisis has disturbed everything and has led to another Great Recession that will outdo all other previous recessions when all is said and done.

History has continued to show that those who do not face the realities of astrology and forecasting fail to be of service to the public at large, or to their clients - until it is much too late.

Many people are now attempting to neutralize transits that have already begun. This makes it very difficult for people to make progress after they have lost jobs, homes, and the support of their communities.

Tens of millions of people search for work with double-digit unemployment raging. It is estimated that there are seven (7) people for every one (1) job available in 2010. These figures clearly represent the type of pain associated with this crisis.

See - http://inflation.us/videos.html

Timing is everything, and this is especially true of astrology. The very nature of astrology is forecasting - and those who do not understand this fact fail to provide people the time and space required to make changes that allow people to choose their own destinies - rather than others.

It is obvious that the times are turning, and that the world is at the crossroads of a new age that, with current trends, are not favorable in the least.

We can see these trends now -

  • A Great Recession/Depression
  • 15 million unemployed in the U.S.
  • Millions more unemployed worldwide
  • Rising defaults of residential & commercial properties
  • Banks failing at historic levels
  • Nations bankrupted
  • States close to bankruptcy
  • Communities deteriorating
The psychological effects on populations because of these negative events spread across entire populations and will have devastating results on the lives of billions of people. This is why astrological forecasting is important, because forecasts provide people with options before events turn against them.

Simply stating that forecasts are negative because during good times most people do not want to look ahead is a poor excuse for not planning in advance. Nor is it proper for astrologers to ever allow ideology, personal dispositions, and opinion to overrule astrological forecasts.

What you will have noticed in the financial media channels in early 2010 is a kind of fear that is not readily uttered, but that is seen in the eyes of the hosts, along with their guests who certainly are very frightened about the direction the Panic of 2008 has taken now in 2010.

The media is seeing ad revenues drop like a rock, and there's a ton of real concern these days about many not holding down their jobs much longer. This is rather common when planets such as Jupiter and Uranus reach Pisces, before making new fresh ingresses into a sign like Aries.

The year of 2009 was fixed with Jupiter in conjunction to Chiron & Neptune in Aquarius. That was the reason why many who should have taken leave were still around by the end of year. Now, all that is come to an end as Jupiter transits Pisces.

Many people who've held long-time positions in all fields are seeing their last years in their prospective jobs. We are about to see many faces leave for good and replaced by a new generation that does not have the legacy connections to the powers-that-were, that is, to those who overstayed their welcome for far too long, and in their positions - fully betrayed the American public, their stockholders, employees, their customers and communities.

Now, their gigs are about up. And it is about time.

As I've said, transits arrive on time - all the time.

These, and many other trends now clearly underway, provide the basis for the powerful inclinations of the cardinal climax transits of July & August 2010 as well as the coming global transits of the new decade just ahead.

The Cardinal Climax
: Forecasts & Warnings

The planetary configurations begin to build right after the arrival of the new astrological year that occurs on March 20, 2010, when the Sun enters Aries, and the Earth reaches the vernal equinox.

What will be most notable about the build-up towards the Cardinal inclinations in 2010 are the frustrations, temper tantrums, hotheads, and impulsive behaviors amongst supposed adults that stem from within those who are immature to their very core.

The Cardinal Climax transits feature energies that will incline reactionaries to react badly.

One will observe that pettiness, impulsive acts and ignorance flowing from people who have what I call toxic personalities. Avoid them like the plague if you want to be happy, wealthy and wise.

What follows are the significant planetary aspects from April to October 2010 -

  • April 6-7 - Pluto stations retrograde at 5-Capricorn
  • April 7, 2010 - Saturn re-enters tropical Virgo
  • April 26, 2010 - Saturn opposes Uranus (4th opposition)
  • May 23, 2010 - Jupiter opposes Saturn (first time since 1990-91)
  • May 27-28, 2010 - Uranus enters tropical Aries
  • May 30th, 2010 - Saturn stations direct motion
  • June 5-6, 2010 - Jupiter enters tropical Aries
  • June 6-7, 2010 - Mars enters tropical Virgo
  • June 8, 2010 - Jupiter conjoins Uranus
  • July 5, 2010 - Uranus stations retrograde at 0-Aries
  • July 8, 2010 - Jupiter turns North in declination
  • July 11, 2010 - New Moon total eclipse at 19-Cancer (not seen in N. America)
  • July 21, 2010 - Saturn re-enters tropical Libra for good
  • July 23, 2010 - Jupiter stations retrograde
  • July 25, 2010 - Jupiter Squares Pluto
  • July 26, 2010 - Fifth Saturn/Uranus opposition
  • July 31, 2010 - Mars & Jupiter turn S in Declination
  • August 3, 2010 - Jupiter, retrograde, Squares Pluto again
  • August 6, 2010 - Venus turns South in Declination
  • August 13-14, 2010 - Uranus re-enters tropical Pisces
  • August 16, 2010 - Jupiter Opposes Saturn
  • August 20, 2010 - Mercury retrogrades in Virgo
  • August 21, 2010 - Saturn Squares Pluto
  • September 8, 2010 - Saturn turns South in declination
  • September 8, 2010 - New Moon at 15-Virgo
  • September 8, 2010 - Venus enters Scorpio
  • September 8-9, 2010 - Jupiter re-enters tropical Pisces
  • September 12, 2010 - Mercury stations direct
  • September 14, 2010 - Pluto stations direct
  • September 14, 2010 - Mars enters Scorpio
  • September 19, 2010 - Jupiter conjoins Uranus in Pisces
  • October 8, 2010 - Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio
  • October 18, 2010 - Jupiter conjoins Uranus in Pisces
I continue to state, as I have for years, that the decade of the 2010s will be akin to the Great Depression years of the 1930s, and will, in the long-run, lead to geopolitical tensions that will change the tone and character of the early 21st century.

Most of this will come about because people were not prepared, and did not make adjustments to meet the coming inclinations.

It also has occurred because policymakers, international bankers, speculators and those in industries like residential and commercial real estate allowed themselves to believe their own fantasies - with devastating consequences for tens of millions of people worldwide.

As I've written before, the strongest months of those of July, August, and September 2010 with August being the most powerful month under these powerful cardinal inclinations.

Travel is unfavorable. There are dangerous transits during the summer vacation season in the northern hemisphere. Accidents in and around bodies of water are highlighted, from the air, and on the high seas perilous conditions exist that will lead to violent interactions, and in some cases, deaths involving large groups of people.

I continue to advise against taking chances during the months from July through September 2010 - especially in the northern hemispheric summer season. Stay close to home, and use the summer months to relax, and observe the cardinal transits in action through the world news.

The main thrust of the Cardinal Climax transits extend into the early to mid-2010s with two (2) planetary configurations that are unfavorable.

Jupiter oppose Saturn - 2010 to 2012

Business contraction continues amid large-scale generational transition. The old versus the new gives way to the "new," however, the tensions and stresses from the decade of the 1990s & 2000s will peak in this time period.

The last Jupiter/Saturn opposition took place in 1990-92 during a recession that involved the Savings & Loan Scandal (another banking crisis) that battered nations like the United States and Japan.

The coming Jupiter/Saturn opposition of 2010-2012 gives way to continued bad timing in all affairs that are centered on money and business. The tactics employed by the Baby Boomer generation to continue their assault on younger generations through careless waste of resources that do not belong to them sees a lack of support from public institutions that serve the public.

Private businesses under a Jupiter/Saturn opposition encounter lawsuits, problems in getting jobs done along with red tape associated with the Bank Crisis.

Smaller banks will fail under the crushing weight of nearly $1.4 trillion in commercial real estate defaults that begin in the year 2011. This will continue to the year 2015.

As of February 2010, it is estimated that major U.S. banks are hording as much as $860 billion dollars in excess reserves given to them by the Federal Reserve.

See interview with Professor Robert Pollin, who says the United States could help produce as many as 18 million jobs by 2012 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sLVRXgJTUg0&feature=channel

As banks have continued to ponder ways to rid themselves of mountains of debt they have on their own books, the American and world economy is being held hostage to the crooks who caused the crisis.

The banks, which were bailed out by the American public, received hundreds of billions of dollars with no interest from the Federal Reserve and Treasury Department, but are holding nearly a trillion dollars by continuing to freeze credit and loans to the American public who need the money to survive.

So the same banks that were on the verge of collapse in 2008 were saved with billions in interest-free money now hording billions of dollars while allowing millions of foreclosures and bankruptcies of American homes and businesses to continue unabated.

It is the bankers who have kept high interest rates and so are forcing businesses to die bankrupt with no money or credit for small, medium and large companies. This deflationary climate has led to the loss of 8-15 million jobs in the United States alone.

This is the effect of a generation that has destroyed the underpinnings of the American economy in less than 20 years.

Economic stress from the Banking Crisis of 2007-2010 is extended into the years of 2010, 2011, and 2012, and indicate to me that until the players who caused the crisis - from Wall Street, hedge fund players, to international bankers, speculators, and policymakers - are fully removed from their positions.

I forecast that the crisis will exacerbate into the mid-2010s - giving way to revolts, rebellions and revolutions in some nations as a result.

Jupiter's opposition to Saturn between 2010-2012 also features a poor time to expand into businesses related to travel, foreign commerce, law and corporate business.

Because of this, conflicts resulting from hypocrisy, poor ethics, and lack of morals will continue to build up between partners due to the demands of bringing in more money under the restrictive conditions.

The pressures on individuals extend into personal and family relationships as well as professional associations and relationships.

The coming Jupiter/Saturn opposition begins during the Cardinal Climax transits of 2010 and will last to about the year 2012, when it wanes. However, the significance of this opposition is that other planetary bodies are involved.

Uranus square Pluto - 2012-2015

I am forecasting that seething resentments and revelations of widespread levels of corruption and greed will lead to rebellions and revolts among populations.

There are seven (7) exact squares between Uranus and Pluto within a three-year period from 2012 to 2015. These squares will bring about major shifts in geopolitical structures that could have been easily avoided if not for the incredible levels of corruption, greed and stupidity of the Baby Boomer establishment over the last two decades.

Uranus' transit in Aries in square aspect to Pluto's transit in tropical Capricorn features a time of intense struggles within nations. It features social stresses due to economic austerity measures that threaten the peace of communities because the effects of the Banking Crisis and Panic of 2008.

We are seeing this develop in countries such as Greece. More nations will join movements calling for the removal of entire governments because of nation-wide austerity measures reminiscent of the Great Depression years of the 1930s.

Civil disturbances, rampant crime, communities in uprisings and revolts with multiple changes of coalition governments are highlighted for nations.

The square between Uranus/Pluto features power struggles, along with pending revolutionary sentiments with great disruptions in society resulting in accidents, struggles and deaths from violent civil battles taking place against governments and perceived authority figures deemed responsible for the economic crisis.

Financial losses - from personal to corporate - increase under this Uranus/Pluto square. Dangerous situations can arise because of all the public disturbances. Take care in crowds, especially during protests, as things can easily get out of hand.

Most of the revolutionary sentiments between 2012-2015 stem directly from the avoidance of facing the root causes of the economic crisis in the year 2007-2012, so that by the time Uranus begins its first series of squares to Pluto - tensions will begin to rise exponentially towards the middle years of the decade.

The best way to deal with this strong cardinal square is to adjust as best one can to those changes that cannot be avoided while at the same time noting the opportunities that will present themselves by the new changes.

Tactics

I know how difficult my forecast is for some people. It is never easy to report that things may become worse when things are already bad enough.

However, it is vital for anyone reading my forecast to understand, and accept the fact of planetary inclinations that will correlate to further unfavorable events on Earth - and to prepare for them.

It is impossible to avoid the large-scale forces that have caused the second Great Depression in this new decade. Much of the damage has already been done.

Socially, people who are affected by such severe economic downturns often become depressed, easily irritated, frustrated, and prone to distractions. Others respond by joining ideologically-hostile groups/organizations that cast blame according to ideology - which often feature right-wing fanatics looking to cause trouble.

Ideology by an aging generational establishment rooted in outworn methods, greed, and corruption have done so much systemic damage that unless this generation is removed from policy-making and financial decisions - all is lost and we can expect unemployment rates far above 10 percent to last for much of the new decade.

According to my calculations, it will be the year 2018 by the time unemployment is under 5% in the United States.

This means that over the next 7-8 years, expect high rates of joblessness to be countered with peaks and valleys of rising and falling employment unless radical changes are made towards getting tens of millions people back to work with the nation's credit system fully repaired and functioning as it should.

It is not difficult to image this considering that the same people and ideology that has been part of the generational establishment over the last 18 years continues to bar any attempts to fix the nation and its woes.

Why would a Baby Boomer establishment believe that destroying the lives of tens of million of people will improve their own lot in life?

Are they still until the illusion that an economic recovery will happen magically with all restored as if nothing ever happened?

The Baby Boomer bankers sitting on hundreds of billions of dollars while foreclosing on millions of Americans do not have the good interests of the country in their hearts and minds. That much is certain.

Because prior warnings were ignored with safeguards such as 1933's Glass-Steagall Banking Act removed in 1999 - there isn't much that can be done to restore the public confidence in government, Wall Street, and international banking for some time to come.

At least not until the safeguards are put back in place and those responsible for the crisis are brought to justice.

I am forecasting that this is exactly what will happen by the year 2012-13 - that the vital safeguards such as the Banking Act of 1933 will be restored; but the damage will have already been done.

What to do?

Tactics include preparing oneself mentally, physically, and spiritually for a challenging 10-12 years ahead. I am forecasting that the decade of the 2010s will lead to, in some cases, restrictive governments, and an attempt to have the world under one major currency by the year 2020.

This attempt will only cause more rebellion, revolts and revolutions in countries and will be fought by those who believe that evil forces who do not have the best interests of anyone in mind will try to impose their will on the collective people of the planet.

The generational transition will begin in 2010, and will be completed between the years 2012-15, in varying degrees and levels worldwide. For the most part, the Baby Boomer generation is out of time, and have lost their clout due to their own failures to plan for the future.

Little can be done for a generation that squandered the last 18 years living high on the hog of the resources of others while doing nothing to prepare for the future.

That future is now here.

Individual Baby Boomers who desire to survive the next decade must begin to take their retirements seriously, and admit the abject failure of their own generation so they are able to leave behind the fantasy of eternal youth and get with the practical realities of aging, which is natural.

For those who look to make changes to face the 2010s,

Among the best tactics are -

  • Know your Personal Transits
  • Know your Friends
  • Avoid Toxic personalities & organizations
  • Gather up & relocate to geographic regions suited best to your personal transits
  • Avoid dangerous ideologies & Cult Groups
  • Start new careers
  • Be Positive, But Realistic, Avoid False Positivism
  • Work with people in your own age group
  • Teach & Train younger people
  • Build Positive Communities
  • Form Community banks
The Cardinal Climax transits is simply the start of a contentious age where a generational transition that arrives naturally has been turned into a great crisis based on an establishment that failed in all ways to perform what each generation should - to ease the way into the future - not destroy opportunities for the following generations.

The best way to survive will be to be wholly creative, active, and foresighted in developing new ways and tactics to make the transition less painful.

This will not be easy, nor will it be without drama, due to the immense failures of the Baby Boomer generation to think of anyone else except themselves.

Warnings On July & August 2010

The Cardinal Climax transits are real, and many people will allow themselves to be inclined by these global transits to the point of suffering - primarily by accidents caused by shortsightedness and impulsive behavior that impacts the lives of other people.

Most of the energies will be observed as reactionary sentiments, so, think of anyone who is already prone to such behaviors that are impulsive, simplistic, and emotional, and then square that by a factor of about 5, and there you have the Cardinal Climax.

I have been warning about this recently for over a year now. The cardinal inclinations of the T-square is now about five (5) months away, so there still is time to prepare.

As much as I hate to be a party-pooper when it comes to summer fun, I continue to warn anyone who will listen that this is not the summer for fun - but for exercising caution.

This particular summer season of 2010 is dangerous according to my reading of global transits. These transits are quite strong, and impulsive individuals and groups will suffer because of their carelessness.

The months of July & August 2010 are highlighted as the most significant months for danger.

Forewarned is forearmed.
  • Do Not Travel By Air, Land, Or Sea
  • Watch your Physical activities
  • Use Care on the Roads
  • Head Injuries & Drowning Accidents Spike
  • Take No Chances With Machinery & Weapons
  • Avoid Boats & Cruise Ships
  • Stay close to home in Summer 2010
  • Caution Around Wild Animals
  • Use extreme Caution Around Bodies of Water, Including Pools
  • Guard Your Family & Children
The best thing one can do is to gently remind and to warn friends and family to steer clear of taking part in activities that surely will end in tragedies for many people over the summer months in northern hemisphere only to be followed by a depressing fall season of regrets, what-ifs, and recriminations.

Use the months before the Cardinal Climax transits to plan accordingly, and then to take time off to stay low-key, quiet, and stick close to home. Be calm during the height of the transits during July, August, and September 2010.

Most of all - avoid reactionary impulses and think well before you act.

Choose activities that do not involve taking chances physically, nor take part in situations and activities around crowds of people; especially those that involve travel as well as activities in and around bodies of water - even swimming pools will be dangerous this summer.

Parents should keep a close watch over their children this summer. Take nothing at face value. Take nothing for granted. Impulse runs high, and accidents will ruin families. Accidents and drownings will be unusually frequent this summer.

Staying at home is best. The kids will not like it, but you will sleep better at night knowing that they are safe and sound.

This coming summer is the season to be the helicopter mom and dad and to hover over them to keep your children on a very short leash for their safety's sake and for your peace of mind.

It is not the season to ship the kids off to summer camp. They are much better off at home and within your daily sights. This is not the summer to let your guard down - but to keep it up. It only takes one event to change everything.

Global transits are that tight and that unfavorable.

Since most children had many snow days off after the winter blizzards of 2010, this summer can be used to continue their education at home to make up for the lost school days.

Believe it or not that will be the best way to safeguard your children. While the kids will not like it, they will be spared the accidents that will befall other children (with some losing limbs and lives) because of the strong cardinal transits of summer 2010.

The summer transits of 2011 are much better, so it is worthwhile to wait until next summer to enjoy that season to make up for this summer.

However, the summer of 2010 is not a summer to take your eyes off your kids for a second, but to keep them close to home and to monitor their daily activities - particularly in July and August 2010.

Relax, chill out, and observe your local, regional, and international news during the Cardinal crisis transits and see for yourself.
